SNMPv3 support

Hello,

Does NAV 3.8.4 support SNMPv3? I cannot find such option in Seed DB interface.

No, it does not. There has never been much demand for it in the past, but
the question has come up several times in the past few months.

We'll be looking into SNMPv3 this year; the SNMP libraries currently
used by NAV do not support v3, but we're already working on replacing
those.
