Announcement: NAV 3.8.5 released

NAV 3.8.5 is now available for download at Launchpad:

This is a maintenance release which fixes the following reported issues:

* LP#745616 (edit vlan in seeddb needs improvement)
* LP#745620 (change text descriptions in seeddb)
* LP#746381 (Add a report to display all collected interfaces, regardless of
type)
* LP#747104 (Missing interfaces are left lingering in the database)
* LP#748852 (Avoid using the word "handler" in SeedDB/Service)
* LP#749502 (Seed DB: Indicate required fields with an asterisk)
* LP#751310 (Not possible to add a function when adding a new ip device)
